Jens Van Dongen - Life is one big boxing metaphor

As the boxing legend Frank Roch said "It ain't easy", guided and inspired by this sentence we navigate through the world of boxing, motivation, building a community with our very inspiring guest Jens Van Dongen. He is the founder, mentor and coach of the Boogieland Boxing club and the initiator of the newly found Boogieland Foundation. With the foundation they try to make boxing available for everyone and spread over 40 boxing bags over the city of Amsterdam with guided trainings as listen alongs. With his philosophical mindset, his energy and power he makes one good coach, trying to develop every individual for his or her needs in the ring or outside the ring. But everything comes at a price and remember "it ain't easy" in the first place.
